Litigation Associate Attorney
A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their well-established team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and commercial litigation, with civil litigation and personal injury experience as a plus.
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. This firm is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal representation and prides itself on being responsive, efficient, and effective in resolving clients’ legal issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active New York Bar admission
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Westlaw/Lexis (experience with Time Matters is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting all deadlines.
