An AM 100 Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate with 3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions for our growing Life Sciences Technology Transactions practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent both biotech companies and large pharmaceutical firms as they license patents and collaborate to bring innovative therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials and toward regulatory approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent biotech and pharmaceutical clients in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnerships.
  • Negotiate complex transactions that support the advancement of novel therapeutics and digital health technologies.
  • Work closely with founders and other stakeholders in life sciences and tech industries.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience, specifically in licensing and collaboration transactions within life sciences.
  • Experience representing biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Superior academic credentials, with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility to sit/waive into the relevant bar exam.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $260,000 - $390,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
