Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate Attorney
A prestigious AM 200 law firm, renowned for its collaborative and dynamic culture, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its rapidly expanding Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the New York office. This firm has been recognized for its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating a supportive workplace environment.
Role Overview:
The Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice represents innovative clients—from startups to technology market leaders—throughout their business lifecycle. This includes business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm, along with strong academic credentials and stellar references. Excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in math and Excel, are essential. Candidates should also be adept at managing both client and counsel relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- New York Bar admission
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in math and Excel
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
Compensation:
- Location: New York City
- Salary Range: $365,000 - $420,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
This range applies to New York City and may vary for other locations.
