Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Midlevel to Senior

The Law Firm is seeking an associate with five to seven years of employment law experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group in the San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to developing their practice and a passion for working creatively with clients to deliver solutions.
Candidates must be admitted to the California bar, possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and have experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions, ideally with an AmLaw 100 law firm. Preferred experience includes handling single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wage and hour matters, and client counseling. Relevant experience should include drafting the following:
- Motions to compel arbitration
- Discovery requests and responses
- Oppositions to motions for class certification (including declaration gathering drives)
- Long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class/collective actions
- Separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs
Experience with labor due diligence on M&A deals is also highly preferred. To apply, please submit a resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.

Compensation Range: $310,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
