Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and assisting high-net-worth clients? Our client, a highly rated CPA firm in NYC, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Provide stellar administrative support to CPA staff as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding their financial matters, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain files and records in an accurate and orderly manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally supporting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
