Our client is looking for a Document Review Staff Attorney with over 3 years of experience or strong expertise in Relativity. Candidates must hold a valid license to practice law in one of the states where their offices are situated: NJ, NY, DE, MD, TX, or FL and should be proficient in using Relativity.

Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions to our clients, and we're currently seeking a Document Review Attorney to join their dynamic staff.
Position Overview:
As a Document Review Attorney, you will play an essential role in evaluating, analyzing, and managing large volumes of documents related to discovery, investigations, and due diligence. Your insights will directly contribute to the success of the cases while working within a team-oriented environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly evaluate, analyze, code, and classify extensive documents and electronically stored information (ESI) for various legal matters.
- Determine appropriate privilege designations, apply redactions where necessary, and ensure confidentiality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed privilege/redaction logs for compliance purposes.
- Summarize key findings from document reviews; chart relevant information effectively for team use.
- Collaborate seamlessly with attorneys, clients, litigation support professionals, and legal process outsourcers throughout the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) phases.
- Actively communicate with all stakeholders to drive projects forward efficiently—keeping timelines on track and expectations clear.
- Conduct thorough legal research; draft insightful legal memos that aid in case preparations including depositions and closings.
- Update templates and forms related to discovery initiatives—ensuring accuracy helps streamline processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of extensive experience with Relativity – fluency in Relativity is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional skills in analyzing information and applying logic to evaluate relevance, risk, privilege, and confidentiality based on various factors
- High level of dependability, collaboration, integrity, and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a prompt responsiveness
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Proven outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- This position is fully remote.
