An AM 100 Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience to join our prestigious Technology Transactions practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and innovative technology transactions for a wide array of clients, from prominent tech companies to emerging startups.

Our Technology Transactions team collaborates closely with our Corporate Group, which consistently ranks among the top practices for startup, IPO, and M&A in the technology and life sciences sectors. If you have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, and experience with complex commercial transactions, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on intellectual property and contract law, with a focus on technology transactions.
  • Handle complex commercial transactions for both early-stage and public technology companies.
  • Provide guidance on the intellectual and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of substantial law firm experience in technology transactions or related fields.
  • Expertise in intellectual property and contract law.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be barred in New York, California, or eligible to sit for the relevant bar exam in the office location.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $260,000 - $390,000, dependent on experience, qualifications, and location.

  • Discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities.
