Role Overview:
The Corporate & Securities practice focuses on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for clients across a broad range of industries. The team also handles corporate governance and transactional matters for private companies. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in public company reporting, compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level within a collegial team environment.
