We are currently seeking an experienced Patent Agent with a focus on life sciences to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the life sciences field.
- Collaborate with inventors and stakeholders to understand technologies and prepare detailed patent applications.
- Respond to office actions and provide persuasive arguments to secure patent rights.
Qualifications:
- PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a patent agent in life sciences.
- USPTO registration number is required.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $112,500 - $250,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
